The process of closing the gap from where you are now to where you desire to be is an ongoing practice of shedding limiting beliefs, old stories and patterns that no longer serve you and shifting into new way of being. Co-creating with a coach has the potential to transform your relationship with yourself and how you relate to others.

With a background in Pilates & Mind Rebel™ Coaching, I have experience in mindfulness, body acceptance, awareness and self-worth; specializing in guided meditations, mindset practices & gentle movement. I pull from my Pilates foundation and education from The Mind Rebel Academy as a Mind Rebel™ Certified Coach accredited through The International Coaching Federation.
