Honoring Your Natural Pace
It’s easy to bypass or dismiss our needs when we’re in a hurry. But what I’ve realized is when I listen, when I honor my pace, I discover what I truly need. Some days that is slowness, softness, and stillness. Other days it’s focus, energy, and inspiration. Both are valid. There is no right or wrong—only what works for you.
