In this week's musing, we explore the practice of trust and the power of embracing uncertainty.

I stumbled upon these tiny baby bunnies recently on an evening walk. I felt called to share as I believe they are a sign of both the magic of spring and the love I feel guiding this email.

Bunnies actually symbolize intuition and transformation.  They are guides that can help navigate a spiritual journey and connect to inner wisdom.

Have you ever found yourself in a season where the only thing you could do was trust?

Not because you had it all figured out, or because things were clear or perfectly mapped out, but because deep down there was a quiet knowing that something meaningful was unfolding—even in uncertainty. That’s where I’ve been lately and, honestly, trust—along with courage and my faith—has become a kind of lifeline.

Over the past five months, I’ve been walking through something new and transformative along side a dear friend and soul sister. In November I said yes to Reiki Level I, and just recently completed Reiki Level II certification. These past five months have come with a greater understanding, awareness and acceptance of my own growth and healing, building a stronger foundation to not only support myself personally but professionally as a coach and teacher with a mission to support others on their path to self discovery and spirituality.

Without going into too much detail as to what has been brought to the surface, let’s just say… I’ve experienced some major shifts and awakenings that I am beyond grateful for the opportunity to learn, experience and practice in the healing power of Reiki along with digging deeper into the Chakra System.

If you’re not familiar with Reiki, it is a gentle, intuitive form of energy healing that supports balance, relaxation, and emotional release. Whether feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply in need of space to rest, Reiki can help you reconnect with your inner calm and clarity.

I was first introduced to Reiki several years ago in an effort to help with anxiety.  I really had no idea what to expect, but the one thing that stuck with me all this time is the peace I felt afterwards and the deep restful sleep I experienced post session.  There were tears, joy and all the emotions showed up, which I took as a good sign.  I knew I had a lot bottled up that had been stuck and needed to be expressed.  Fast forward to the present - it’s sometimes hard for me to put into words what I experience when receiving or giving but, if I could sum it up into one word, it’s pure unfiltered LOVE.

For me, Reiki brings things to the surface that have been in the shadows, clears old energy that is bottled up, and reminds me again and again that healing isn’t linear and it’s always sacred. And to be part of a community with friends, facilitators and other practitioners who are on the same path, who love and support me unconditionally, is beyond powerful.  I continue to say “We’re in this together.”

What Reiki has taught me—more than anything—is the art of trust.

Trusting the process. Trusting the energy (even when I can’t explain it). Trusting my intuition. Trusting my body. Trusting the person receiving.  And maybe most deeply… trusting myself unconditionally.

It’s a softer kind of strength. Not loud or flashy, but rooted. Steady. Expansive. Grounded.

And, while Reiki has been supporting me in profound personal ways, it’s also becoming part of the work I offer—either woven into coaching, or as its own powerful modality. If you’ve been curious about energy healing, or just feel like something inside you is asking to be seen, supported, or shifted... maybe this is your invitation.

Whether or not Reiki speaks to you right now, I hope this lands as a gentle reminder:
Trust your timing. Your healing. Your inner knowledge. Your process.
It will all unfold in perfect rhythm for you.

If you want to explore or have questions, I see you and I am here for you. I’d be honored to hold space for your journey—wherever you are on the path.

A little something for you:
If the theme of trust is calling to you, here’s a simple grounding practice and a journaling prompt to gently explore it:

Grounding Practice

Take a few deep, slow breaths. Place one hand on your heart and the other on your belly. Feel the rise and fall. Whisper softly to yourself:
"I trust what I cannot yet see. I trust myself to walk this path with grace."
Let that affirmation settle in your body. Stay here for a moment. Notice any shifts.

Journaling Prompt

Where in my life am I being invited to trust more deeply?
What would it look like to soften into that trust—just a little?

Let your pen move freely. No need to edit. Just let the wisdom come through.

P.S.
As this practice continues to open my heart and sharpen my intuition, it makes a strong companion to the overall process—sometimes alongside coaching, sometimes as a beautiful standalone healing session. If you’re curious, I’d love to hold space for you to explore that.  Sessions are available individually (in-person or remote) or can be integrated with coaching for deeper support.  Click to reply, or you can click to schedule and learn more.

With trust and love,

Angie

Rest & embrace stillness with this short guided meditation. Be well

I can’t make this stuff up…

Pulling this card reminded me it’s the soul-level knowing that, even when things don’t make sense, honoring and leaning into trust reminds me I am exactly where I’m meant to be.

Wishing you a week full of peace & joy!
