Fresh ideas to feed your mind, body and soul.
“Mindfulness is a conscious choice made every day to practice self-awareness, curiosity, compassion for self & others, so that you can witness thoughts, emotions, body sensations, and the surrounding environment objectively – through the lens of love.”

Moving Through the Muck: Finding Connection Through Vulnerability
One thing I’ve learned is that connection—to ourselves and others—is the antidote to isolation. If you’re struggling, reach out to a friend, loved one, therapist, or coach. We all need support, and by showing up for each other, we create a world where mental health is prioritized, not ignored.
A dear friend once said, “We’re in this together.” Those words resonated deeply with me and brought a sense of calm. I hope they do the same for you.

What It’s REALLY Like to Work with a Coach (Hint: It’s Transformational!)
Coaching is a partnership—an invitation to reflect, grow, and evolve in ways that feel deeply authentic to you. Together, moving at your pace closing the gap from where you are now to where you desire to be - moving toward alignment, self-trust, and deeper fulfillment. I believe in the International Coaching Federation principal that we are all Whole, Capable, Creative & Resourceful beings - craving a nonjudgemental space to unpack thoughts, feelings and emotions that may be keeping you from moving forward.
I’d be honored to walk alongside you as you uncover your path to growth and self-acceptance.

Cultivating Happiness Within
You are deserving of happiness. My hope is that, through learning what truly makes you happy, you’ll feel a greater sense of purpose and meaning. When happiness comes from within, it means there is an ability to find pleasure through one’s own thoughts and actions rather than an outside source. The great news is happiness is a skill that can be learned, and happiness is contagious.
