Fresh ideas to fuel your mind, body and soul.
“Mindfulness is a conscious choice made every day to practice self-awareness, curiosity, compassion for self & others, so that you can witness thoughts, emotions, body sensations, and the surrounding environment objectively – through the lens of love.”

Being Held in the Space in Between
Discernment has been moving slowly and quietly through my life these past few weeks. I’ve been reminded that God often meets me not in certainty, but in surrender - and that asking for help can be one of the most faithful things I can do.
After a season of deep anxiety and depletion, I found myself leaning into community, prayer, and connection in ways I hadn’t before. What emerged was a simple but powerful truth: healing happens when we allow ourselves to be seen and supported.
This reflection is an invitation—to pause, to loosen your grip, and to trust that you don’t have to carry everything alone. Even in uncertainty, there is still so much that is life-giving.
The Power of Connection
This week's musing explores the transformative power of connection—how it heals, grounds us, and brings us back to ourselves and each other.
Have you ever craved connection so deeply it felt like hunger?
Not just surface-level interactions but real, soul-aligned, heart-centered connection? With others? With yourself?
Moving Through the Muck: Finding Connection Through Vulnerability
One thing I’ve learned is that connection—to ourselves and others—is the antidote to isolation. If you’re struggling, reach out to a friend, loved one, therapist, or coach. We all need support, and by showing up for each other, we create a world where mental health is prioritized, not ignored.
A dear friend once said, “We’re in this together.” Those words resonated deeply with me and brought a sense of calm. I hope they do the same for you.
